Share "Brazilian Fridays" with beginning English program
Students in the Beginning English Pilot Program will be hosting a Portuguese language “lunch and learn” activity Friday, Oct. 25. The students have decided on “Brazilian Fridays” as the name of this activity, as they will be sharing Portuguese language basics and Brazilian culture with any interested member of the campus community on Friday from noon-1 p.m. In 201 Rodli. This week’s topics include basic phrases, numbers and currency, and pronunciation. Light lunch and beverages provided. For more information, email carolyn.j.brady@uwrf.edu or call 0683.

-International student interaction/mingling with native students
-Ice on sidewalks
-Financial help for students on how to pay off loans (post college help)
-Registering for classes (classes not open, not enough room, forced to take pointless classes)
Assignments: (have completed by Thursday class)
